Colorful Classic Wedding Color Palettes
If you are a bride with classic taste, you probably like things which are timeless, elegant, and clean in design. Many classic brides also love bright colors, which can make the traditional all white color palette seem a bit dull. These are some wedding color palettes which have a classic sensibility and yet are bursting with beautiful colors.
Lime/Navy/White: I love this for a summer or fall wedding! It is crisp and jaunty, great for a wedding at a yacht club, country club, or in a tent. The navy is dignified and elegant, the lime green adds a fresh burst of color, and the fresh white ties it all together. This is a particularly easy color palette around which to design a wedding. Think navy blue faille bridesmaid dresses worn with pearl tin cup necklaces (as the bridesmaid gifts), green hydrangeas, and navy suits with lime and navy stripes for the guys. Patterns that look especially nice in this palette are stripes, damasks, and nautical motifs.
