Crafty Recipe Box

Most people have certain recipes they use only for the holidays, so why not give them their own holiday recipe box. I painted mine with crackle, red and tan. Then decorated it like a Christmas package! I got Paula Dean's new holiday magazine and copied down almost all the recipes on cute holiday themed cards!

Fall Floral Arrangement

Micheal's had a great sale on their fall foliage! So I decided to make a pretty fall arrangement!

A lazy Sunday

Drove up to Arrowrock Dam today. Wanted to get out of town for a bit and take a drive. We took the dogs so they could swim. I wish we would have been thinking and I would have taken our fishin poles!

Fall Wedding Inspiration

With fall offically around the corner, I thought I'd put up some fall inspired wedding ideas.  Fall is personally my favorite time of year, but the fall color sceme unfortunately is not.  I'm just not stir-crazy about orange and brown, or any themes with leaves in them. I challenged myself to find some inspiration boards that really utilized fall colors but ended up with a gorgeous result.  See for yourself, these were enough to change my mind.


Brown, deep yellow, with a coral accent. Perfect for an early fall wedding!
